Here is my first submission for Inktober 2014 Day 01. Gwen Stacy is one of my top favorite characters in the Marvel Universe and in an alternate timeline which appeared in the Spider-Verse crossover design is Fantastic! I wanted to try my hand at the design based on Emma Stone's character from Spiderman 2 reboot.

Black Cat

Just for fun... trying some new techniques and decided to mess around with the Black Cat from the Marvel Comics universe.

A new rendition of Domino from Xforce 11"x17" to get the creative juices flowing and back into traditional inking.

I couldn't resist throwing some colors over my pencils of Supergirl prior to inking this piece.

Had fun with the different looks that Supergirl has had. Pencils on 11"x17" bristol board, now I just need the time to ink this piece.

Time to revisit an old dear friend.... Domino.  At this stage I'm stuck with what direction to take her... digital inks or traditional?  I'll probably end up trying both!

Rogue

   




   Rogue in all of her hooded goodness, done on recycled chipboard using pen & ink, watercolor and white acrylics. This substrate is proving to be really fun to create study pieces on so I think that I'm going to stick with it for a bit.
